Virgin admits they may have got it wrong!!! 26.02.09

Virgin Trains have admitted they got may have got it wrong over new ticket restrictions that meant the cost of early morning travel between numerous stations in the North of England and Midlands in some cases doubled.

The RMT exposed the rip off of passengers in a letter to Carlisle MP Eric Martlew who raised the issue at the Transport Select Committee – apparently Virgin have now given assurances that they will review the situation at the next fare review. RMT will be watching!!!
