Staff Travel Concessions on Eurostar

Further to my letter of 10 September, I have now received clarification on the above.
A Eurostar representative confirmed that all concessions are under the industry wide arrangements (FIP etc). The relevant Eurostar Department also confirmed that the concessionary and staff travel arrangements are in place and operating through normal booking channels. They note that there may be a misunderstanding following the Channel Tunnel fire when no bookings were been taken at all on Eurostar services.
The revised timetable is now full in place and members should be able to book to that timetable under normal arrangements (subject to availability as usual).
