CRAIG JOHNSTON APPOINTED TO THE COUNCIL OF EXECUTIVES FOR MANCHESTER AND THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND 2009-2011 AFTER BEATING TREVOR JORDAN IN THE RECENT ELECTION BY A LANDSLIDE MAJORITY.

Everyone at Carlisle City Branch RMT would like to congratulate Craig Johnston on his recent election victory to the Council of Executives. He is the first member of Carlisle City Branch to be appointed to this position for over 30 years and this is seen as a proud day for the Branch and the City. We all wish him the best of luck in his new job!
